Baby and the Process

Morgan and I started talking about babies and the following conversation ensued...

Morgan: Momma, I don't ever want a baby in my belly.
Momma: Ok, Morgan, not for a long time!
Morgan: I don't want a big belly. I want a small belly.
Momma: Ok.
Morgan: How does the baby come out?
Momma: The baby comes out through your vagina.
Morgan: I don't want a baby to come out my gina, it is too dirty.
Momma: Ok, but the doctors make sure it is nice and clean.
Morgan: No Momma, I don't want any babies coming out my gina.
Momma: Ok Morgan! Sounds good to me!
Morgan: I don't want babies coming out anywhere!

What does that mean?

Two words I used today that Morgan questioned what they meant!


Word 1 phrase: Let's go play on the swing set so you and RJ can get some energy out! ENERGY


... and that was a hard one to explain!


Word 2 phrase: Let's let RJ keep swinging because he is very content. CONTENT

Garbie

While driving in the car....



Morgan: "Momma I can't reach my Garbie."


Momma: "How do you ask?"


Morgan, "Momma can you get my Garbie please."


Momma, "What do you want, the Garbie?"


Morgan, "Yes Momma, the Garbie."


Momma, "The Barbie?"


Morgan, "Yes Momma, the Barbie."


Later on in the ride...
Morgan, "Look Momma, Garbie is dancing."


Momma just smiles and agrees!

Cow Tail Candy

At the beach:

Morgan, "MeMom can I have a cowboy towel."
MeMom, "What do you want Morgan?"
Morgan, "Can I have a cowboy towel."

Still confused Morgan explained it and she really meant a cow tail! Funny!

You win!

Momma, "Ready, Set, Go"
Morgan, "I'm going to win you! I'm going to win you!"
Momma just laughs...
Morgan says, "What's so funny Momma?"
Momma, "It isn't win you, it is beat you sweet pea."
Morgan, "Then why do you say 'I win'?"

Lucky

Info on situation: Lucky is sleeping in bed with Morgan. Morgan and Momma went over what happens if Lucky wakes Morgan up. Just close your eyes and go back to sleep!

The incident:
Lucky starts barking
Morgan starts screaming, "Momma, Momma, Momma"
I come in.
Morgan, "Momma, Lucky wake up me. She was howling. She scared me."
Momma, "Do you want her to sleep with you still?"
Morgan, "No. She can sleep with you. She waked up me, and I got scared."

Hence, Lucky slept with me!

Claire Quote

As playing in the pool Claire stated:
"Hey, YOU made me falled into the pool."

Aunt Jo's Song...

Aunt Jo sang to Morgan:
"We love you Morgan, oh yes we do
We love you Morgan, and we'll be true
When you're not near us, we're blue
Oh Morgan, we love you."

Morgan looked at Aunt Jo with a very strange look and said, "But Aunt Jo, you are not bue (blue)."

Aunt Jo then explained to Morgan that blue could mean sad too. Morgan thought about it for a second and then asked her to sing the song to her again, and again, and Again!

Corn

Driving to MeMom's:

Morgan: What is that Momma, corn?
Momma: Yes, it is corn that is starting to grow. It will grow very tall.
Morgan: Why will it grow tall?
Momma: Because after it grows tall then corn will grow on the stalk.
Morgan: Oh, what is a stalk?
Momma: The stalk is the tall center that the leaves and corn grow on.
Morgan: Why does corn grow on the stalk?
Momma: So we can easily pick it.
Morgan: Oh.

Learning Concepts

Morgan stated today:
My bedroom is on the top, we are in the middle and the basement is the bottom!
Yea! One concept down!

Dip

Tonight I told Morgan the next door neighbors were going to go for a quick dip in their new kiddie pool. She looked at me very strangely and said, "Momma, what is a dip?" I explained it was a quick play in the pool. She said "Oh, I take a quick dip in the bath tonight."

Smartie Pants!

Morgan: "Pop Pop do you have a Mickey Mouse book down here?"
Pop Pop: "I don't know"
Morgan: "Let me go check"
Pop Pop: "Ok"
Morgan: with a brief look into the book box, "Yup, I guess you do!"
Pop Pop: just smiles!

Trying Something New!

Trying something new! I am going to post cute sayings that Morgan (and when RJ talks, RJ too) says! They always say things adorable and I want a way to remember their silly and funny sayings!! I love my kiddos!!
